Posts: 371I don't care who the provider is or how well trusted they are, the second they say condoms, I'm out. And then when I contact them in the future I just hope they don't say it again.

Posts: 243All text convos I've had with her start with "Hey hun, have we ever met?" Asks for age, then gives you her rates.

Still, you can never be too careful, if your gut tells you nah, then move on to the next one.

Posts: 66Got Spooked Trying to See Legz
Just trying to get some general advice here. Had a dream I tried to setup an appointment with Legz recently (we've never met). Tried calling her first, no answer, immediately received a text telling me to respond to that instead. All was going well at first, asks my age etc. Tried to setup an appointment within the next hour, then she texts and says "bring condoms". Now, I want to be clear, I get that she is a well-known 'trusted' provider, but I am extremely careful. We've never met, I didn't get to talk to you on phone, then you send me something incriminating like that? I immediately stopped responding and didn't follow through with the date. I don't care how well reviewed a provider is, shit can happen, phones get stolen, and sometimes a girl is trying to work-off a charge. Again, I doubt this is the case with Legz, but I've got a personal set of rules that I won't see someone if anything explicit referencing sexual activity is sent—my radar goes off. Do you all think I'm too careful?

Posts: 371Yep, that's def. her. I'm a bit surprised by this. I always thought she had a set list of safe clients after all these years. She asks $$$$$ plus, I offered her $$$ once to come hang and she declined, she was very cool and sweet about it though. Couple yrs. back, one girl under her wing K8ybby, robbed some dude with her boyfriend and the victim ended up getting popped. (Probably setting up one of her dates) Her and her man received murder charges, I was talking to her also, glad that didn't come to fruition. Would of liked to have linked with LWhite's cute friend (recently released, not bailed out) Autumn. None of these girls were doing anything against their will I don't believe, LW was just acting as a pseudo-madam.(though the article says otherwise) Why I say this is because Autumn was with her before she went to jail for a couple yrs. and came back to her after and seemed quite happy. Usually these girls were LW's friend/lover at the time. All her girls seemed to adore her. Not a surprise since LW has a very fun, intelligent and charismatic personality.

You got lucky. That area you should avoid at all costs. It's gotten to risky over there. Just stay away from that whole strip. To many trouble makers. Handlers starting stuff. You have to remember those guys over there have nothing to lose, so they don't mind starting trouble. Nothing good is over there anymore.

Hey Gents, anyone know of any reliable / trustworthy pregnant providers? Willing to travel a bit if the provider is worthwhile. Feel free to send me a PM with any leads. Thanks in advance.

This is not a legit ad, don't waste your time. Look at the horrible grammar and syntax. Even the dumbest people don't say "sex positions". Look how explicit the ad is and is offering everything for TGTBT rate. Its fake.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. While clearly that sort of thing can happen, it is very infrequent. To be clear, I'm referring to LE using a known provider to set up a sting. First, LE has much more control over the situation when everyone is LE, rather than using non-LE as part of the sting operation. Also, the vast majority of prostitution arrests are misdemeanor offenses and it is usually considered to not be worth the effort, to the government or the defendant, to work off misdemeanor offenses in this sort of way. While not an absolute, the majority of situations where a defendant is cooperating with LE will involve felony charges.

As to your situation specifically, and hugely speculative on my part, I'd guess there was very little other evidence, besides you responding to the ad and showing up, and the government dropped the charge because there was a belief they could not prove the offense beyond a reasonable doubt. While there may have been sufficient evidence for probable cause and an arrest, that is not the same as beyond a reasonable doubt and a conviction.
Yes, cops can, and do, lie. In general, they can lie about evidence, things like witnesses, witness statements, fingerprints, DNA and the like. They cannot lie about the law, such as telling a defendant that what occurred wasn't criminal when it was, or telling them it was something not terribly serious, basically creating a false "safe harbor" for the suspect to enter into only to find out he had been deceived. And yes, the mere arrest "kinda sucks" and will definitely have an impact on most defendants. There will be the arrest (obviously) and likely posting bond, hiring an attorney, having your picture posted online, it may cause issues with employment and, if there is an SO, surely problems there too. Hence my earlier comments about many such defendants entering a plea quickly, regardless of any evidentiary problems, simply because they want to put it behind them as quickly as is possible.
