There is a lot of misinformation spreading around among SW and mongers. A lot starting as rumors and then being passed around as fact.

There are SW who believe that if you ask an undercover cop if they are a cop, they have to say yes. LOL what BS!

I have mongered plenty of times in Camden. Several times, cops have driven by but just moved on to more important matters.

Maybe what you say have some truth. Possibily more true in the past than it is now. And possibily more true in nicer neighborhoods. But it seems more like irrational fear mongering than actual truth.

Some of the small townships around Cherry Hill have posted lists of names and charges filed when there are undercover busts. I don't recall it happening recently, but then again, there have not been that many sting operations since Covid.

As far as the legality of that being published, arrest records are public information. So I don't think the media would have any backlash from posting it.

My reading of the legal definition is that Law Enforcement needs to coerce, force or induce a person to do something illegal that they otherwise would not do. So picking up a girl in a known prostitution area seems like it blows that "otherwise wouldn't do" part away. Entrapment is what is called an "affirmative defense" which means the defendant has to prove they were entrapped, rather than presumed innocent until proven guilty. So that requires a lawyer and money, as it isn't something you can claim or whip out like a get out of jail free card.

So yeah, asking if a girl is a cop is no protection. As 'the rules' state, one of the best tests is have her in your car. Doing that gives one a level of control over the girl that few LE agencies are willing to take or place their fellow officers at risk. Second, of course is the "cop check. " That is touching private parts by both parties. I get that mostly this is done over the clothes. My suggestion is to touch bare skin AND open your mouth and give a play-by-play of the touching: "Oh I feel your pussy is hairy / shaved smooth" "Oh your hand feels cold on my bare cock.

Diff counties / town's arrest records are public knowledge so they are printed with & without pics but the damage is already done at that point. Even if they take off a site, the internet is forever.

No as far as printing pictures of those arrested for solicitation, that HAS happened in the past. They tried that down in DE years ago with a website called "Tric Ticks". Problem is that a person has NOT been convicted of solicitation only accused and posting their picture is tantamount to a public conviction. Defense attorneys quickly pointed out the constitutional problems with such and the site was take down. Who knows what some small town might do?

NJ used to print your picture and town you reside in, in the local paper of where the arrests were made. It is a lot more lenient in Philly.

And I don't play one on TV. But, one of my golfing buddies is a defense attorney and I had the occasion to ask him if he ever defended a monger on a prostitution charge. He had defended a owner of a house of prostitution but never a monger. He told me that for the most part, prostitution is a low level crime, very hard to prove outside of a police sting (that's why you should never negotiate thru on open car window) and as long as you don't open admit to the crime when the police should catch you, its never impossible to gain a conviction. So remember, try not to say anything but if you must, you were just giving her a ride to a fast food joint because you thought she looked like she could use a meal.

Thank you for your warm invitation, though it's not that dire in NJ. You will NOT become a sex offender for a simple prostitution arrest. While a conviction WILL be on your record, it’s no worst than anywhere else in “pussy prison” America. And they MIGHT tow your vehicle, but it won't be confiscated, especially not for a first offense. It's actually cool, because I've found Camden SW to more fun and relaxed anyway. Plus there are less crazy drivers than in Kensington.
