Based solely on my brief interaction with her, I'd guess you'd do just fine trying to converse with her. She actually reached out to me, said she'd noticed I'd checked out her profile and inquired about meeting. While we didn't chat long, she was responsive and polite, certainly able to carry on a conversation.
