All scams. Cash is king. "For safety reasons" is one of the biggest red flags. If they don't take cash then 99% of the time its a scam. That 1% could be legit if they can videochat to prove they are real, if not then pass them by.

I was travelling to Columbus, OH and an escort said she wanted Apple Pay gift cards. It was the only form of payment that she accepted. I never went through with it, but I would bet her next move would be to ask for the card number to "verify" it, which would then be added to her account immediately, and your card would now be useless.
