Everything you are asking about is answered in the posts / reports here. Read those reports, and not just the first page. It will be MUCH more helpful to you than asking out of the blue for answers that are right in front of you. LOL.

Agreed, you were thinking with the lower head. even in the more expensive markets like san francisco and new york, that's a little high.

Their new number is 904.767.6777 I left really pleased with Emma, she's nice and provided a very relaxing visit.
