Sometimes, the photos might be real, but altered. Often they are completely fake, usually stolen of IG. Some are even AI. But the age is ALWAYS listed as early twenties. If it happens to be correct it's purely coincidence, but you will never see any other age than that. The woman could legitimately be in her 50's, it will say 24 at the oldest. It's just a useless page filler.
