Decided to try Healthy Foot again and was looking for Tina, who I briefly saw the last time I was there and kept my interest. There is always going to be mongers who think the world revolves around them and acts like an ass when it doesn't. I agree with you, he is a douche bag.

I'm sure many who have mongered long enough have been on both sides of this coin, and even on the edge at times, and take it as just part of Mongering. I've walked in and been in situations where they made the guy with the appointment wait while they made me happy, and been the guy with an appointment who's waited for them to finish with a walk in.

I've even had times when one of my regulars, after giving me an amazing session ask if she can cut it sort because another customer is waiting. She knows, she's just provided an awesome experience, and that I understand she's working to make money. I have no problem with them cutting me a little short once I'm satisfied, and know they appreciate a helpful attitude. I'm sure regular mongers know what I'm talking about here.

To the Douche bag, in case he's reading this and recognizes himself. Shit happens and the girls want customers, get over yourself. If you're pressed for time, that is your problem.

Minimally call ahead to see if someone is available, but having an appointment works best. Besides there is another spa within 2 miles in most areas there is one, go there.

There is no need to be an ass if they can't accommodate you on command.

I was in one of my favorite places, after setting up an appointment over text. I made the appointment and arrived on time. When I get there, some other dude, a walk in obviously is looking for a mssage. The masseuse -- bless her soul -- beckons me in. I'm a regular and aI scheduled time.

The guy starts raising his voice at her, telling her that he was there before me. She explains the situation. I'm in the room by this time.

And he asks how long I'm going to be (30 minutes), and then he says: "Ok. I'm going to set a timer for 30 minutes, and then I'll come back. " Friends please don't do that. That guy was a douchebag.

Props to Rolf for reporting Monica was in town over at UFS. Had texted to confirm she would be there and received a prompt response but when I tried to make an appointment a couple hours later, whoever was handling the phone stopped responding.
