I've haven't seen her, but have had similar experiences with several other STG providers. Some don't respond for several hours. Others have said they can meet me at their motel / hotel at a certain time and when I arrive and text them there's no response. They usually respond a few hours later telling me something came up.

I know it's annoying as fuck, but I think that's the tradeoff with STG. The prices are generally pretty reasonable, but the providers are flaky.
