I'm by no means an expert, but some first time thoughts from someone who's first time wasn't that long ago:

* I haven't been to Lake Forest, but their IG looks similar to the other spas—lots of pictures I wouldn't trust. My two favorite girls (I'll put their IGs below) don't look anything like the pictures the spas use for them.

* Like Punter said, nobody seems to use Nuru Gel. From what I've read that's probably not a bad thing—I've read the gel can be a sticky mess as it dries. * Your best bet is to get the handles of the girls themselves, that way you can find out what they charge, where they're working and when, and sometimes even real pictures.
