I'll stop after this to not clutter the board, but they literally installed cameras (illegally, apparently) to "catch" Kraft and others. And those guys still got off of the charges. You cannot charge people on a "paper trail" only on direct evidence (any lawyer can easily claim someone stole your I'd or whatever). It's just getting old to listen the same old, "agency got busted, everyone is screwed" mantra and yet we don't see article after article of clients getting arrested. It's about being smart with giving PII, understanding what is legally permissible, etc.

This is some grade-A fear mongering. YOU CANNOT BE CHARGED on hearsay or conjecture. Sure, they could release your name to the public but it's super unlikely as well. Unless they have you on video whipping out your junk and screaming "I'm PAYING TO SOLICIT SEXUAL SERVICES" you aren't getting charged and even then you may only get a misdemeanor.

We need to get educated about the law and what prostitution busts actually entail. What does "making an example" even mean? The last time I heard about something like that, it was with Robert Kraft and he had all of the charges dropped. You're not Robert Kraft, no one gives a shit about you. If you're a top percentile customer, you won't give a shit about any of that either, since your lawyers will handle it.

All that said, be safe and smart. Don't give away PII if you're not comfortable or can get compromised. Only do what you feel comfortable with and make peace with your decisions.

Let this be a careful reminder to NEVER give PII to any agency or provider, it will eventually end up in the hands of LEO. And given the meticulous records XO kept, I would not be surprised if they went after a few of the top percentile customers just to make an example.

CPUSA has always been tough to get into because they probably don't have a big need for new customers. If any agency has a solid list of consistent, repeat customers they won't respond to anything. There are certain downtimes in the cycle (after busts or end of the year holidays) where business is slow and you might get a response. There is no trick or special in that anyone can give you. IMO, just reach out every once in a while and see what happens, otherwise don't stress too much because there is not much you can do.
