Posts: 99That's the most common scam play. Just tell them you'll send the uber for them; then they'll say something like "I don't want to give out my address". Its quite clearly a scam at this point, like 99.9%. If you want to verify it a bit more, tell them you'll send the uber to some nearby recognizable location. If they still insist on money for uber, then yeah 100% scam.

Posts: 1544If you don't know, you can add additional people to your Uber account and pay directly for the driver to pick them up and take them to your place. I got caught once with "paying for Uber" who went as far as to pretend that the Uber picked her up before she ghosted. After that, I simply add their name to my Uber, ask them their location and send an Uber there to get them. The can access the information about the ride directly on their phone, but don't have to pay. If they don't show up, you're only out of the $5 Uber fee.

Scammer, asks for deposit to host, yet refuses to meet anywhere safe first.

GPS / scammer, wants you to pay for her travel expenses across the country to meet you.
I honestly don't have many to message now as I've exhausted most around the Seattle area. Pretty much have to wait as a few people each day get online or go way further out in distance. There definitely are some bored types in the middle of nowhere, but I don't feel like driving 2+ hrs to meet them.

OMG, I was texting w / her a few days ago and she quickly became borderline incoherent. Like maybe she had real words in her head as she was typing, but she sure as hell wasn't spelling words that I knew.

Her offer seems TGTBT.
I'm thinking it's going to be another cash app scam.

Every week or so I go in to see who is new and how long they have been on SA. I first search in my old fart category 45-65 and over the past 8 months there have only been 16 new ladies. Of those new ladies only 10 didn't look like worn out old ladies. Of those 10, about 4 were attractive. There is about 1 new ladies every few weeks. Once you get threw the first 30, not one of ladies has been on in months.
Now for the 30-45 range, the ladies are getting much more makeup, photoshop, and posed in exotic places. They have that fake catfish looking makeup.
It's not like is was 4 years ago when you had some normal looking ladies that would respond or like you. They would stay on much longer that just a week.
So look for when they joined, when was the last time they were on, and do they have more than one public picture.

In auburn and is a pro. Sent a text from two different numbers. One is for a add on listctawler.
With the attitude I got through text I believe it's someone else controlling the account.
Did get that she wants 3 for an hour.

This is Marz from the site that starts with a T.
I like how these pros talk a whole different game on seeking.
I will have a few more soon.

Posts: 1281Out of curiosity, is there a way to search by usernames on SA? Thanks. I apologize if that question is a bit rudimentary. I can't figure out how to do it.

Granted I'm always wondering if I'm missing out on gems.

Posts: 2Thank you for wasting the scammer's time. LOL I have noticed a 100% correlation with profiles with the location "Washington, Washington" and being fake!
