I don't think there's ever been a "raid" on a massage parlor in St. Louis, and if there was, it would be all over the news. What happens if a massage parlor is under suspicion is inspectors will show up and ask to massage licenses and immigration docs.

The other thing they've been known to do is perform a traffic stop on dudes coming out and be like, "Bro, if you tell us what you really got, we promise you won't be charged.
