Yeah, KC Public Health contacted me a few weeks after I was diagnosed with gonorrhea asking about my sexual partners and behavior. I was straight with them and told them I'd been with a sex worker. They offered to contact her if she gave me permission. I contacted her and told her she was the only one I'd been with recently. She insisted she didn't have gonorrhea, and didn't want them to contact her.

I'm pretty sure it's genuinely confidential, and they're just really diligent about public health, though I understand why some would be concerned the info would be divulged to a public agency.

That's the truth, then they ask for #s of people you messed with within the past yr. All confidential they say, or you just text them. I tell them I mess with escorts only LOL. Jk. That shot fuxkin hurts like hell.

So any abnormalities in the tests are not going to be something they know a lot about.
