The court case triggered it. But the legislature then codified the decision in law. And the court decision was statutory so the legislature certainly could have amended the law to change the rule. So I stand by my statement that it was the asshats in Sacramento (which would include the court as well).

The real problem, of course, is that the asshats in Sacramento decided that dancers need to get paid a salary. That's $16 per hour plus what they need to set aside for benefits. It's almost certainly as much as the $19/ hour you cited. Doesn't make sense to pay a dancer who isn't bringing in revenue. That said, a hard and fast rule counting only bad days seems pretty short sighted. But what would you expect in this industry?

Understood. I'm under no illusions that certain days / nights will be harder based on how many willing customers show up. (Speaking of which, anybody notice Saturday nights at SR have like, 4-5 dancers lately?) I'm of the opinion that dancers will avoid slow shifts and hustle even harder on busy shifts = better for the customer. Hell, maybe over time to overcome the slow shifts, management may introduce a special better than Thursdays 30 min for $140 to entice more customers. Wishful thinking I suppose LOL. I mean that's the logical thing to do. But then again when has management been logical hehe.

Will be back in the area for 6 weeks. Starting next week. Last yr spent most of my time at Rhino, but is Synn the place to be now? Looking at the roll calls, there's some familiar faces / but seems like alot of newer dancers.

Six weeks is plenty of time to drop by both clubs and see which you like better. Lots of new faces in both clubs. I tend to split my time between them depending on my mood and who I see on the roll call.

If a dancer can't make at least $140 in 7-8 hours that's on her (that's about $19 per hour). Night shift starts at 6:30 pm. Some of these girls show up at 10:30 pm and complain about that quota LOL. It's like a restaurant that closes at 8 pm then complains they don't get any customers LOL. That's on you.

So apparently SRCOI has new rules for dancers that have the girls up in a tizzy. If a girl doesn't make her quota on a shift she gets "written up" and if this happens five times she gets fired. To me this is obviously a response to the fact that the club has to pay the dancers whether they're selling dances or not. We'll see if they follow through with this and fire a bunch of dancers or if any quit preemptively (which some are claiming on IG that they're going to.).

I can only speak for Paradise, but depending on your vibe with them, extras can be had for half or less. I paid cost of VIP (CBJ), 80 (BJ / FS), and had several $ offers for extras. No one was quoting $$. Just hold your ground. These girls are struggling, especially during the day. They say it's dead slow, and they have to make the club $. 80 before they can start making some money off dances / tips. The hourly wage screwed them over.

Do you know if any of the girls do bbj or BBFS? Like maybe sky?

Got a couple quotes at Synn: Melanie, Marylynne, seemed budget friendly. Anyone got Intel on Dream, Bailey, Milly, Candy (nice colo), Barbie, Pixie (short short Latina)?

I've had her twice (Pixie) First time I had her was for $$. Second time she quoted me $$ and 1/2. However, the second time she was intoxicated and scammed me. Manager should've taken her off the floor. Like after I paid for VIP she disappeared for like 15 min. Management had to go get her. Then once in VIP she dipped out again saying she forgot something. By the time we got started the damn bouncer came in and said time is up. I was surprised and didn't feel like causing a scene because I didn't even get time with her. So best of luck if you decide to go for it.

If you're "getting quotes" that are acceptable, are you closing the deal? If not, you're probably not getting the best price (one last counteroffer, if they say no you cave), and you're likely pissing off the dancer by wasting their time. Window shopping is bad form, and if you're going to just one club or if you're recognizable, they'll remember & avoid you or make you pay. I never ask prices unless I'll fuck her, if I say no I say the price is too high, and I reward acceptable pricing by going for it. Acceptable pricing depends on the current market, so it's great to see guys sharing current pricing.

Also, if you are closing the deal, report some intel with price and service received before asking for intel from others. That's bad form too.
