Also, if they do offer it in other cities Mike tells them specifically not too. So it will never be advertised but if you look them up you will occasionally find west coast providers or ones from Vegas visiting that will offer for a tip. Can't speak to RL, but whatever the prices you see on PD website are the all in prices for the services listed.
