I've been a loyal client of Alice at Li for at least 2 years now. So today, texted Lily to book an apt w. Alice, but Lily told me that Alice was out and would be back in the next 5 days. She asked me to pick other girls there and along the list, Helen name came up. I've read a few reviews about her on here and seemed like she was praised as the 2nd best to Alice, so I thought, heck, why not? "Helen" even told me "long time no see," ok, LOL whatever. Laid down and enjoyed the massage, she asked soft or medium, I told her medium. Now, her medium is Alice's hard, and her speed is twice Alice's. The oil on my body actually heated up with all the moment she made. OK massage anyway, and absolutely No teasing whatsoever. On the flip, when she flipped up her shirt, and to my disappointment, she was definitely Not Helen (based on some reviews of her racks as the 2nd biggest ones there after Alice's). If they realize that you are desperate to have things starting with he, otc, utc they know that you will offer more tips to get them anyway. Once you give a certain tip to a provider she will likely expect the same tip next time if not more. As others have reported earlier stick to the basics and see if the girl makes the move. Also it depends on the provider. Most of them like to negotiate before hand and some don't even talk about tip, they just do what they are comfortable with. As best as I can tell, there are no dreams to be had in Decatur at first glance. The only course of action would be to try to flip a girl at a legit place and that odds of that happening are very low or extremely expensive.
