I knew nothing of the NOVA massage scene until a year ago, and today is my 1-year anniversary of my first monger visit (Annie in Frederick). After that first visit, I was sure I had quenched my #3 thirst and would not need to revisit the water again. My post nut clarity was short lived. I think you have the building addresses mixed up. I cross referenced on rubmaps.

1413 X is Smile Therapy. Facing the retaining pond. Korean spa. Has always been at least noVa standard. DATY depending upon the provider. Not reported to be a guaranteed FS place unless you get to know a provider there really well and spend big $$$ (like any other AMP).

The other place 1414 X is a recently opened Chinese parlor whose online ads are very similar to other Chinese parlors ads suggesting a lot more services available. But they are just ads and not indicative of actual services offered. These Chinese parlors hire the same person to create these bait and switch ads just to get you in the door and at least pay the house fee.

There is another Korean parlor that faces the main road, Miko Spa. Again YMMV with services offered but it's not reported to be a guaranteed FS place. Really depends on your relationship with the provider. Miko and Smile both employ older Koreans. Not much to write home about.
