I met her today and frankly the session kinda sucked. She ran out of clean towels and I had to dry off with a small washcloth. I'll give her some slack as she said the last client didn't leave the donation. She was probably still shell-shocked and should've cancelled with me. Sorry that happened after the amount spent on the appointment. Thar's assessment seems right.
