The service is not really the issue in most cases, but it is rather the quality of looks that has been on a steady decline with increasing prices. I can't think of anyone that scored 7 or 8 in looks except Erika (WLA), Ina (WLA), Mariah (OC), NG (MW), Harper (MW), Ms. Hattie Ms. Ka (OC) in the past six months. Almost everyone else has been a 5 or 6 in terms of the face and been a dud in term of appearance. Some would have been even lower if they weren't offering BBFS.
