I think TikTok is China's way of showing just how gullible Americans can be. Because of it, we are all struggling to install our trash bags inside out and twisting the lids of our spice bottles only to get a plate full of cayenne pepper. With a little bit of research you can easily find that your excuse will not work in a sting situation. If you discuss exchanging money for sexual favors, there's no excuse thereafter that can get you out of it. And if you claim to be making a movie but you did not follow the massive amounts of regulations and licensing requirements prior to your video shoot, it will be very easy for LE to prove you are lying in an effort to cover up another act (like marrying an immigrant you just met to obtain citizenship, history of your actions matter). As others have said, never discuss services, only discuss price for her time. If SHE mentions services available and a price, I think that is ok because it would be entrapment if it was a sting. I have been in sketch situations, survived but still.

Current tact is to get a hotel room-let them come to you. LE sting in your room would be counter intuitive to let a dumdum fake hooker be let into a hotel room 4 for her safety reasons. Another bit of advice, refrain from any specifics via text / calls. Never incriminate yourself with specifics.

Solicitation is a specific act of a specific price "Is a BJ $60? Can I get full service for $120?" That's solicitation. If you think you're being caught up in a sting (and you're probably not because LE has better things to do) reiterate that you are only paying for time and companionship. Whatever else happens is between two consenting adults. Only talk about price according to time.

But half these girls don't know what solicitation is legally either, so their still going to talk about pricing in terms of acts "Well, I charge extra for greek". If you refuse to see all the providers who associate acts with upcharges then you won't be seeing any provider at all.
