Say what city you saw her advertising- like "I see you are in Santa Monica and would like to meet". It's also a good idea to put the city in your subject line. Then ask for her menu and rates. She will reply with cost for various appointment lengths and all the acronyms she offers. She may give you her phone number at that point.
