The most I've ever given a SB is 300, which seems to be a common ask, and I almost always got 2-4 hours, no rubber, no pulling out. Long term SB I see 4-5 times / month. Agreed upon ppm at the outset was 300 but that was 2 1/2 years ago when we started. Last year I upped it to 350 then very recently to 400.
