I've been to both Pamper Palace and Brown's point. It just depends what you are looking for. To me, I will go to BP when I'm in the mood to fuck around with a hot young girl. I have a couple (and some and filter in and out) at BP that I enjoy time with, mostly cause they do what I like and are young and tight 19-22 year olds. Is it over priced? Yes, but I consider the upcharge the cost of having fun with someone young and hot. I don't go often, but I have fun when I do. I was in FedWay for a bit. Scrolled through the Tac Forum to see what is good. Read about Angela and I was on my way. Went inside and was actually greeted by Angela.
