First time visiting PD at the newer location. Easy set up. Low key nice apartment set up. Safe and clean.

Saw Nicky a very pretty 20 something with great tits. Only had time for a 30 minute pump and dump so got the usual rush job but still well worth the fee.

I imagine the full hour VIP service would be a value as well.

They can work for multiple apartments. That is why sometimes when you text a number, they ask which city you are inquiring. But typically within the same city, they only work for one apartment. It's kind of an unwritten rule if you will.

Also, they don't stay loyal. The group that used to book for PD left and went to work for RL. And a few months ago they left RL and is back with PD. That was why for the longest time, PD only had 2 girls. Nowadays, they always have 3 girls now. This group of booking agents is pretty good.

There is really no reason to go through booking agents as they can change at anytime whereas the US bookers will always be the same. You are free to go to any apartment, but try to book through their US based bookers to build up loyalty. Similar concept as airline frequent miles. If you always book your flights based on who has the cheapest fare, you are not going to accumulate the miles as fast as you would if you just stick with one airline. One girl that I know always fly United. She is a Platinum member now, working on becoming a 1K member.

They can work for multiple apartments. That is why sometimes when you text a number, they ask which city you are inquiring. But typically within the same city, they only work for one apartment. It's kind of an unwritten rule if you will.

By her own number, I mean she answers the calls and texts herself and she keeps all the house fee. If you do the half hour 140, the girls keep 90 and the house (PD booker in this case) keeps 50. She also has booking agents who are based in China. Those booking agents run ads on sites like adultsearch out of their own pocket. They get paid when you book through them. And they lose money if they don't have any customers the day they run the ads. And that is why sometimes you would get random texts from them. Business is slow and they also sell your numbers to other booking agents. That is why when you walk into the door, the first thing the door guy asks you is the last 4 digits of your number. This is so they know who gets paid. Using the 140 example again, of the 50 the house keeps the house pays the China based booking agent 25 and house keeps 25.

This is why the PD booker prefers that you book through her. This way she doesn't have to split the house fee. You might think who cares as it makes no difference to you on who gets paid, but it actually does. If you always book through the PD booker using her own number and you become a regular, she is more likely to tell the girls to treat you better. And that us why I tone down on my reviews, because a lot of what I get might not be what you get. You just need to know how the system works so that you can take advantage of it. Whichever apartment you prefer to go, try using their main numbers and get to know the bookers.

I asked Ivy about this and they don't have a website. The best you can get is contacting them via telegram. In my experience the pics are accurate that you get through telegram.
