Longtime lurker and rubmaps refugee here. Saw Tina the other day at Dream spa in Ballard, 1713 NW Market St. There's a parking spot out back by an oil barrel, then I walked around and went in the front door.

Try the one at around 127th and Lake City Way between Chipotle and Wells Fargo. I forget the name. I've been there 4 or 5 times.
