Mileage questions in your first post, really? You're more likely to get answers if your first few posts are reports of who, what & how much for girls you've done at your "go-to". When there isn't much sharing, it becomes self-perpetuating, you get what you give.

Cinnamon used to take 1 for FS but that was years ago and she was way hotter back then. I don't know how she can demand more than that now.

If I'm reading TFC correctly (320 total), Cinnamon is asking 2 for FS. That's not outrageous like some of the dancers are asking. And if that was her straight up offer maybe she would take less.

Lilah was willing to do a regular lap dance with me when I first met her just a couple months ago. It was early on Friday evening and club was pretty dead so maybe that's why she was willing. Or maybe she's gotten full of herself lately. Different clubs have different variations, I know a dancer at SR who used to work at Paradise and she says the SR system works better for her. Another dancer said the same. "it motivates her to work harder" to make it back she says. Whereas at the Kim clubs the dancers are literally afraid to go on their first VIP unless it's "worth it".

I saw Safari at Synn where I said let's go VIP and she stopped me to make sure I wanted extras. I said sorry I'm just here to try out the club but I will tip you. She thanked me and walked off. She was very polite about it, I don't even hold it against her. Bottom line there are a lot of "extras only" girls at Synn.

I take about 10 girls to VIP at SR each year and have never had a single bad dance. Each one has a different limit, but compared to clubs where I'm from it's sky high and actually more than I'm looking for. So I'm good.

Safari is a known escort in the OC area. Her rate 3 for hhr incall. I'm sure she will take less in a strip club.

Does anyone know how the quota system works at Synn not sure I get it based on the previous posts. I have noticed that there are some girls that are VIP only. But was unsure why? Like isn't getting a lap dance better than nothing at all? At least its some income in the hour, I see them just sitting there, waiting to only do VIPs for customers?

I believe as someone mentioned at SR they pay a certain fee upfront when they come in like some amount and don't make anything until they pass that fee, except tips. So girls are in the negative once they arrive.

Malaysia at Synn gave a distracted dance special without really removing anything. Her opening quote is 5 bills for everything. She's hot but no point in negotiating with that opening bid.

At Spearmint Rhino just 1 block away it's full contact dances even for the 4 for 2 ($40 topless $80 nude).

That was my first and only lap dance experience at Synn, so I just left for SR. Apparently with the quota system here with the first $140 the club keeps all of it. So she's basically dancing on us for free and has no incentive to actually give a dance unless we tips. It's a bad system and these girls are not strippers. They are not here to properly dance for us. Dancing is literally an extra!

Blame California and their asinine employment rules. I suppose the club could come up with a different system that preserves some incentives but it's a strip club and a Kim club at that so I don't expect much business sense. That said, there are still dancers at Synn who have a clue and give good lap dances without demanding tips in advance. Just walk away from the ones like Kaylani.
