Not sure about LTLV but with VAC I had a 3 year gap between visits and they still had my information and I did not have to re-verify.

At least that is my experience. Once you've been screened they don't lose your information. They also keep info of the session of feedback from the lady. Example, if you were rough, beligerant, drunk, etc. Also some of the bookers have contact amongst each other.

I can't speak for all the bookers but I know I had to go through a screening process last time I was there as well. You'll probably get asked to provide something to prove your identity, such as a drivers license and get asked a couple questions about your occupation.
