I think they each finally realized, "hey, I can do this myself, control things better, on my own terms, choose my location / even change it at will, and have less grief. " With AMPs, there are sometimes language barriers and perhaps more loyalties behind the scenes to owners or situations (visiting USA etc temporarily etc).
