Contrary to another review, my experience was very good. I reached out the evening before, a quick response. Texted in the morning, anticipations exchanged, green light given, to Viera I went. I'm not sure where or when people are seeing her, but all I can say is I haven't had any issues with communication or "nodding" off during visits. I saw Julia in the beginning of the week twice in one day. First for an early morning, 6 am, wake up and then later that evening for a wonderful time to finsih off my day. So I'm going to defend Michelle on this one, I haven't asked her about this but I will say that from what I heard from maybe other providers about mongers is several factors so don't take what I say the wrong way here.
