Primary objectives, in order of priority: accept PPO insurance, convenient to downtown, little or no wait for an appointment--Planned Parenthood is over-booked right now--and can accommodate a urine test and a blood draw. It's based on a CDC report published several days ago, but the data is from 2021 and earlier. It takes them a long time to collect, compile and clean the data, let alone analyze it. One can infer that risky behavior associated with sexual activity continues and the trend in 2023 might be similar.

I'm going to apologize in advance because I hate it when people provide recommendation parameters and then respondents give suggestions that don't include those parameters. However, some of your requirements are going to conflict. So I wanted to provide some information to help you adjust them according to your priorities.

Accepts insurance (I'm assuming you're trying to keep costs low) - Harborview Sexual Health Clinic. They offer services based on a sliding income scale like Planned Parenthood. However, you can be seen same day and tests are back within a week. While I don't consider the turnaround time fast, this is an inexpensive (or free) method staffed by true experts in sexual health. So if there's something weird or non-standard, they know how to help and don't just assume you're ok. They also know how to treat infections that many GPs don't (like Mycoplasma flare-ups). They will also provide meds for free and often before results come back if they are reasonably sure you have an infection. They can also help you with PReP.

Truly fast turnaround time. Talent Testing Service. This is a service that adult industry members use because you can get results in 24-48 hours and they are verifiable using a QR code on the results sheet. Downsides are that they do not take insurance and the closest draw site to downtown Seattle is downtown Redmond. But there will be less than 5 min wait at the site and you can schedule same day (no need to schedule a specific time, just show up once you buy the test online).

Fast turnaround and close to Seattle. Cutting Edge Testing. Same notes as Talent Testing Service except their draw site is on the Kaiser Permanente campus on Capitol Hill.

Accepts insurance and medium-fast turnaround time. Zoomcare - Any of the locations will perform STD tests for you (they take the sample and send it to LabCorp). They accept insurance (but LabCorp will bill insurance separately as well) and you can get same day appointments. Results usually come back in 72 hours for G / C and 7 days for something like mycoplasma / ureaplasma. There are locations in Capitol Hill, Belltown, etc. But these people are not necessarily STD experts like Harborview or TTS. So any abnormalities in the tests are not going to be something they know a lot about.

Hope this helps. Unfortunately, there's no perfect solution. But there are a number of good ones.

My homies go to STDcheck.com, find a labcorp nearby, it's $139 out of pocket. It's a price to play. And at least you'd know if you got burned. But, they have money so the cost is minimal. They even contribute for the lady. Although she my fuck several between the test they pay for and when you slip in the peen! They are really not very trustworthy. 1 out of 10.

Contracting or not is sometimes just luck. A couple years ago I'm 95% sure I contracted gonorrhea from a provider since I was diagnosed about 6 weeks after our session and I didn't have any other partners. But another hobbyist had a session a few months later with the same provider and apparently didn't contract it.

Hopefully you're not suggesting being symptom free suggests you're disease free. Most people with STD's are asymptomatic. You saw a known infected person and you have no idea of the timing when she was lit. If you're criticizing her for still seeing people make sure you're not exactly what you're railing against.
