The owner is State licensed, I had thought about at least trying it until I found out there is also a man there doing massage.

All are licensed-that's why when they close usually no perp walks, prosecution, etc.

Asian apartments and most independents do not bother and are more likely targets.

With RubMD being down, where are people finding ads? I know there were some providers (Monroe, Selena, Kelly, etc) that seemed to only post on RubMD (and before that, RubRating), so not sure where they've moved to.

Good question. Besides the following, which are pretty thin with ads, I do not know if there are better sites out there. Frustrating indeed.

It is just down the street from RL. I would be interested if they share some of the same people.

Personally, I still like RL. I know some seem to be down on it lately, but I have always get good consistent massages there.

Sure, but I don't think many of these places are tying the massages and tips amounts to actual phone numbers.

I am certain they are when it comes to their own records. The books they keep which would be shown to any government agency does not contain that level of detail. It just makes sense to know who your customers are and their spending habits. If it worries anyone then you should never provide any personal information such as real name or phone number, and never use a credit card.

If you think any of these places are not keeping a record of what massages are being done you are kidding yourself. They are running a business and need to keep records of what massage is done, when, by what provider, and the tip received (boss does not alway record other providers cash tips). They need to know how much commission to pay each provider as well as how much the business actually makes. However; they all also keep a separate ledger with more simplified information (typically much less sales reported) they use for tax purposes to keep up the legitimate look.
