It varies from place to place and girl to girl, but you should assume a 50-50 split. The newer or less popular a girl, the worse her negotiating power so she may be under the 50% mark. Repeat and multi-hour sessions give the girls more and services negotiated in the room are usually pocketed by the girls. If you negotiate for extra with the booker, they are taking a cut. If the girl is popular, she can usually negotiate for a higher percentage with the booker.

When you are burned out in your job, does it make you lazier, or just lazier to the do the tasks you are assigned? When you are burned out, do you get anal about being asked to do tasks and fall back on process and procedure to avoid actually doing the task? How many times have we all cleaned the basement or done some other random task than do the simpler work we were asked to do?

Burnout is not about being lazy or being imprecise, it's about losing motivation and not wanting to do a specific task. I remember feeling so tired of job, that I spent a crazy amount of time writing a proposal to "transform" the company rather than just doing work I had assigned. It's why vacations don't always help with burnout because without a new motivator, you come back to the same stuff you didn't want to do in the first place.

I asked this question to Kgirl from an agency out in Vegas during one of my sessions with her. It was back around 2019. The going rate was 300 per hour back then, and she claimed she was getting 180 of that as her take home with the rest of it going to the house.

The grey area for me is where the expanded menu money goes. Back when all the house was selling was the time, I used to feel like it was up to each girl to set her own optional extras. If she wanted to do BBFS is was her choice and was always negotiated with you once you were in the room. I used to assume the girl kept all of that extra, but now that the agencies are listing the optionals on the web page and seem to have standardized the prices across all of the girls I imagine they are taking cuts of the extras too.

Many agencies are starting to follow these scripts with extra surplus upcharges and a few already have strict protocols on "DO NOT negotiate with providers" LOL.

Not that I care, but I sometimes wonder what's going through these girls heads while they're getting fucked all day by different guys. She had excellent early reviews on another site but has declining scores recently. I can't recommend her. She was distant and annoyed the entire session. It was by far my worst session with the agency. No kissing and rushed BBBJ. Shorted 30 minutes on time. Probably some tour fatigue.

On the other board, I've noticed that many of the initial reviews are from reviewers that only have MP reviews. I wait until a review is posted from a reviewer that has non-MP reviews in addition to MP reviews.
