In my experience, Asteria is an excellent provider. Suggesting she isn't attractive seems silly even by conventional standards. I'd say it's extremely likely her advertised rate here is for people who are unvaccinated and refuse to take any Covid precautions. She has preexisting conditions that make her at risk, so she's very protective of herself. I've personally never paid close to $7 to see her, and the times I have I've enjoyed myself.
