If you can't get there with no VPN, and can get there with VPN, chances are excellent that the issue is Verizon.

I also can't seem to get here via Verizon, and that's a pretty recent development. Easy to circumvent via VPN, but annoying.

Once I downloaded the VPN suggested a few pages ago.

Unsure if it makes a difference, but my platform is Android that is 5 g and a newer phone.

If you can't get there with no VPN, and can get there with VPN, chances are excellent that the issue is Verizon.

If I use wi-fi it works perfect. If I use cellular data it just sits there.

This was reported on a week, or so ago. Some service providers are now blocking it. Use a VPN.

You could try a VPN or changing your DNS servers to use Google's:
