That's the name, and it's actually a relatively new name, forget the previous name, some initials. The issue seemed to be you called for the place in the Loop and you were directed to some other location. Not sure if that's still the case. You need a door code to get into the Loop building. Anyone been to the place in the office building under the L in the loop lately? Lots of suspect reviews on RM. I was there about four years ago and just got a L1 with no hint of anything else. Thanks Jin for the info. And the great posts about CLM going back years. Very helpful to a visitor who gets here a few times a year. I've hit timing good for Zara several times but struck out this time when in town Friday to Sunday. And suzie was unavailable when my time was open.
