A handful of years ago I went to LF Chiro because I heard a lot of great things about the owner. When I asked for her Kim said "she busy. Can I do you?" Sure. If you drive around back, they have a sign on the back door that they have moved their location. The new location info was on the sign. I didn't write it down, but I believe it is somewhere on Bolsa Ave. I was by there about 3-4 days ago.

The landlord has put up paper to mask the windows for all of the unoccupied units in that building. Verified the observation above: on the back door, there is a sign saying the business moved to a location on Bolsa. I found "Miracle Foot" (on R**Maps) listed at that same address.
