I have been on both sides of these reports. I have had her communicate fllawlessly for some amazing visits and I have had her do the exact same excuses she has given other.

My conclusion is that she is as high volume as she can handle.

Sorry you had difficulty trying to schedule with Kelsey. She was EXTREMELY accommodating with me, schedule-wise.
