There is action on RT40 but it's hit or miss. There is a significant homeless population in that area, and some times you find something decent at the motels or near the bus stop by Giants. A week ago I picked up a 44 year old BSW with a huge ass named Kelly, she was walking around the Giants parking lot with a suitcase asking for money. She said that she stays at motels or outdoors. She frustrated me so much I went soft and decided to end the date.
