You won't get what you're looking for at any of those locations. Maybe Healing Spa in Cary if they're still open. Osaka might be the best of the ones you listed, but that's not saying much. I haven't been there in a couple of years, though. Recent reports say the ladies are in their 50's and massages are not very good.

Went to a Cary establishment with the intent to visit for an hour. Was asked to sit and wait for 20 minutes, so shortened my visit to a 30 minute stay. This is the first time I've ever opted for less than an hour. Provider. I think named Candy? - was a short pudgy 50 something.
