No, almost all of the women I've talked to where they aren't in Seattle do it deliberately. They told me it's for safety. Maybe some of them are responsible, but you can't seriously think a majority are that business-minded. I think it's laziness: they get more search hits if they list Seattle as the location. They're just looking for a big fish or online because they've read too many blogs about sugaring. I agree, it's a waste of time.
