From my experience, Asian's apartment VIP includes shower, BBBJ some may allow kissing and some charge extra. The one I went had mold all around the shower tub and the shower curtain was worst than a college dorm. They are rush experts so I often just do HHR. The experience at the K-agency is WAY better.
