I don't know if that's particularly true. Firstly, I appreciate the diversity and not getting just typical AMP staff. More importantly, I think it's easier for an owner to collect rent as opposed to all the nefarious work that goes into getting AMP providers. There's another layer of plausible deniability that an owner has with the indi. I'd guess the arrangement is weekly—a fixed amount whether the room and towels get used or not.
