You should add #3a, capital (either monetary or human) is fluid. Any of the current options who choose not to relocate outside of Hawaii in search of higher paying clients or places with lower costs of living, then the survival of the fittest theory kicks in. We'll have our pick of providers who can't leave and are forced to lower their prices. Addendum of that item, no one complain that Hawaii no get young pretty options anymore, just gilfs.
