My recent visit to ML also asked for house fee up front. That caught me by surprise as well. Maybe girls are pocketing some house fees so owners are collecting them up front. Who knows.

My guess (and confirmed by some owners) is that there have been too many rub and runs lately. Even some semi-regulars are having to pay upfront. One popular shop now keeps a guy sitting in the front to watch for scum bags that try to take off without paying.

Can someone remind me the good spots in Cartersville?
