About 90% of the shops in Westminster. Especially on Westminster Blvd offer HE. Some (Top10, Sunny Health, Bamboo, Bali) give a serious massage with a pleasant finish. Some give a lower quality faster massage but its not horrible. FS is only at a limited number of places. There is also Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Tustin.
