I'd say start with a chiropractor. A lot of times the issues are alignment of the bones, and over time the body simply adjusts to the misalignments. Getting that fixed often fixes the pain. If that's the case, adding in massage can speed up that recovery as well.

Looks like they may be under new management though since they have a new name (Touch of Heart formerly Pathway).
