I'd say start with a chiropractor. A lot of times the issues are alignment of the bones, and over time the body simply adjusts to the misalignments. Getting that fixed often fixes the pain. If that's the case, adding in massage can speed up that recovery as well.

I saw some reports on this place last year (mostly about someone named Niko) and at the time figured I'll give it a try sometime. Well that time ended up being recently. Looks like they may be under new management though since they have a new name (Touch of Heart formerly Pathway). I found that the Thai stretching massage worked for me. Unfortunately my ATF Thai masseuse (Anna / Shangthip / Whatever) has gone "high end" and is charging big money for "Tantra" and FS now.
