If you send her the money up front you will probably never meet. Set up a coffee meet and greet and see if she shows up. The 200 is not real but more than likely a bait to get you to send her a prepayment. Tell her you will drive to her to save her mileage so she won't need to fill her tank. Take away all of her excuses and see what happens.

Check with the card issuer. They may be flagging the transaction as fraudulent resulting in SA suspending your account.

Quick to the point is always good depending what she is saying. Don't prepay and I would recommend meeting at a hotel, at least for the first time, so you can control the situation. If she's dtf and isn't asking for mad money then there isn't much risk. I would recommend moving it along before she gets cold feet or someone gives her a better option.
