I agree in the sense of a boycott isn't needed for someone who's never had to go over 80 to begin with. It's more of a wake up call for people that are agreeing to anything they throw out there. If they feel comfortable enough to ask 200, somebody is agreeing. That's kind of insane to me.

I wouldn't say pointless but everyone should be doing some negotiating. 120 quotes should be countered with 100 offers, 100 quotes should be countered with 80,80 with 60. And so on.

I've tried to meet with her twice last year and each time she failed to answer the phone once I arrived at the hotel in Grand Blanc off Hill Rd. Not sure what the deal is on this one. Don't know if I remember correctly but pretty sure she asked for a 30 deposit on the 2nd attempt. Would definitely proceed with caution.

Thinking the strike definitely had an affect and their heading to different markets. Sure it will rise again closer to Valentines Day! Guess the only thing that remains to be seen is the talent that will replace them. But I hope for all clients sake that it doesn't go any lower than its current state.
