In the city, an above average provider will charge you 2 $ for CFS, 120-150 for BJ, and $60 to $100 for a HJ, with topless being the $1. Average providers aren't a big discount, maybe 10-15%. They can charge whatever they please. You can accept or reject. Lots of guys accept the higher prices. They're pushing a lot of mongers out, or forcing them to cut back.

This is a perfect example of what I have been saying. Go visit a girl, not the place. And don't give up on a place just because you had one bad experience, especially on a place that rotates often.
